HCS STRENGTHENS DAY-TO-DAY COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS
At HCS, we continuously work to make cooperation with our customers as simple, professional and seamless as possible. As part of this effort, we have launched English language training for drivers who are interested in improving their skills and who regularly meet customers, business partners and consignees where communication often takes place in English
The purpose is to strengthen direct communication in day-to-day operations. When drivers have a basic English vocabulary, it becomes easier to clarify practical matters, follow customer-specific instructions and ensure effective communication during collections and deliveries.
The first training course is now under way. Among other things, participants are working with words and phrases relevant to the drivers’ daily work, focusing on the situations they encounter at customers’ premises.
The initiative forms part of HCS’ ongoing efforts to develop our employees and strengthen the service we provide. The aim is for customers to experience even more professional, reassuring and efficient communication when they interact with HCS in their daily operations.
